All five tracts will sell at Tract 2, located in Foyil, OK at the junction of Hwy 66 and 4200 Road. From there, take 4200 Road west, cross the railroad tracks, and immediately turn left. Follow the road to the dead end,  the auction property will be on the right.

Open House Dates

If you would like to view the property ahead of time, open house dates are scheduled for:

• Monday, April 6th from 4–6 PM

• Monday, April 13th from 4–6 PM

These open house dates are for real estate only (no estate items), and attendees are encouraged to bring ATVs to explore the property.
