Specialty and commercial buyers also have multiple opportunities in early May. On Tuesday, May 5 at 5 p.m., an online‑only Hennessey auction will disperse an office building and retail store supplies, fixtures and furniture, quilting machines and sewing chairs, fabric bundles, household items, antiques, and more, as the owner clears out inventory to make room in the Hennessey location. On Thursday, May 7 at 10 a.m., more than 200± acres with minerals in Garfield County near Enid will be sold in two tracts as the Zaulocky community farm auction, with both online and live bidding available.

The residential and commercial market in Enid and surrounding towns is also well represented. On Monday, May 11 at 6 p.m., Lippard will offer a home at 1200 S. 16th Street in Enid, sitting on five acres with creek and timber – the Hager Auction.
