Stroud Alumni Reunion Set for May 22-23 Celebrating Tiger Pride, Tradition, and Hometown Connections

The Stroud Alumni Association is preparing to welcome graduates back home for the 2026 Stroud Alumni Reunion on May 22-23 with this year’s theme, “Tigers Still Cruising Route 66 in 2026.”

The reunion will celebrate generations of Stroud Tigers while honoring the town’s historic connection to Route 66 and the lasting pride that continues to unite alumni near and far.

Historic Route 66 runs directly through downtown Stroud, making the theme especially fitting for a community built on tradition, resilience, and hometown spirit. Organizers say the reunion is designed not only as a chance to reconnect with classmates, but also as an opportunity to celebrate the memories, friendships, and experiences that continue long after graduation.

Throughout the weekend, alumni will gather to reconnect with old friends, share stories, revisit familiar places, and celebrate the legacy of Stroud Public Schools and the generations of Tigers who have called Stroud home.

The reunion theme reflects the idea that while life may take alumni in different directions, the connection to Stroud never truly fades.

Organizers expect alumni from multiple graduating classes to attend the weekend festivities, bringing together former classmates, families, and longtime community members for two days centered around school pride and hometown tradition.

The event also serves as a reminder of the important role alumni continue to play in preserving the history and spirit of Stroud for future generations.

This year’s reunion campaign embraces a bold Route 66-inspired style combined with Stroud’s signature blue and white colors, capturing both nostalgia and excitement for the upcoming celebration.

Additional event details, schedules, and announcements are expected to be released as the reunion weekend approaches.

For many former Tigers, the reunion represents more than simply returning to town for a weekend.

It represents coming home.
