Lippard Real Estate & Auction Announces Busy July Auction Schedule

Lippard Real Estate & Auction is kicking off July with a lineup of live and online auctions featuring everything from productive Oklahoma farmland to vintage collectibles, estate treasures, and recreational property in Colorado.

The schedule begins Thursday, July 2 at 10:00 a.m. with the Jon R. & Dorene Cochran Auction in Kingfisher County, Oklahoma. The property includes approximately 160 acres of cultivated cropland and grassland, along with a spring-fed pond, corral, and working pens. The auction will be conducted both online and live at the corner of E0730 Road and N2720 Road near Kingfisher.

Collectors will have two opportunities on Tuesday, July 7 at 6:00 p.m. during online-only auctions. The Bliss Auction, located at 7645 W. Purdue in Enid, offers an impressive assortment of advertising memorabilia, tobacciana, vintage auto parts, tin toys, lanterns, porcelain signage, cast iron, wood crates, license plates, and general store collectibles.

Also on July 7, the Atkinson Estate Auction at 2609 N. Van Buren in Enid features a diverse selection of cocktail rings, Native American jewelry, sterling silver, vintage and costume jewelry, trade beads, coins, pocket knives, baseball cards, and even a ukulele.

The Smith Auction follows on Monday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m. with another online-only event showcasing vintage farm implements, cistern wells, oil lamps, Texaco toys, Lionel railroad collectibles, furniture, primitives, Ertl collectibles, sausage presses, and many other unique antiques. The auction will be held at 4218 N. 4th in Enid.

Rounding out the schedule is a No Reserve Land Auction on Friday, July 17 at 1:00 p.m. MST in the Alamosa, Colorado area. The property includes approximately 160 acres, a 125' × 80' shop, a home, water, fiber internet access, and recreational opportunities. The auction will be conducted both online and live at 5066 Road 112 North in Mosca, Colorado.
