Decades of Ranching History Offered at Heldermon Ranch Retirement Auction

A collection representing decades of ranching, hard work and family history will be offered during the Heldermon Ranch Retirement Auction on Thursday, August 13, 2026, near Claremore, Oklahoma.

Ray and Donna Heldermon have retired and are selling their ranch equipment and personal collections through Chupps Auction & Real Estate. The ranch has been in their family since 1964, and the items being offered reflect years of ranch life, agricultural work and collecting.

The auction will begin at 8:59 a.m. at 12321 E. 330 Rd., Claremore, OK 74017. With two to three auction rings running throughout the day, bidders will have the opportunity to explore a large and varied collection.

Ranch Equipment, Tools and Vehicles

The auction lineup includes a tractor, truck, trailers, camper, carport and hay. Buyers will also find cattle feeders, hay haulers, field implements, fencing supplies, Priefert panels and other equipment used around the ranch.

A wide selection of tools and shop equipment will be offered, including generators, a tire machine and an anvil. Saddles, tack, camping supplies and scrap iron will also be available.

Antiques, Collectibles and Family Treasures

Beyond the ranch equipment, the auction includes antiques, collectibles, furniture and a historic bell. Chupps Auction describes the collection as one filled with years of history and many buried treasures still waiting to be discovered.

The auction begins at 8:59 a.m., with two to three rings running throughout the day.

Live onsite and online bidding for Lots 2–52 will begin at 10:33 a.m. Buyers who cannot attend the entire auction in person can review the online bidding opportunities before auction day.
