Available packages include a 30' × 40' × 10' building for $22,500, a 30' × 40' × 12' for $24,900, a 30' × 50' × 10' for $27,100, and a 30' × 50' × 12' for $29,400.

For customers needing considerably more space, a 60' × 100' × 16' building is available for $132,000.

What's Included?

The advertised building packages aren't just the shell. They include 4-inch concrete, full insulation, one commercial overhead door, one entry door and #1 29-gauge 40-year painted metal, with construction on the customer's level site.

Additional building sizes are also available, making it possible to choose a structure that better fits the intended use, whether that's storing equipment, creating workspace, expanding a farming operation or adding commercial space.

Mileage charges or higher concrete prices may apply depending on the project.
