Lippard Real Estate & Auction Has a Full Lineup of Oklahoma Auctions Ahead

The schedule gets underway Monday, August 24, with two online-only auctions.

In Edmond, three vacant lots at 407 W. Edmond Road will be offered at auction. With Edmond Road frontage, the property presents a potential development opportunity for buyers looking for land in the area.

Also scheduled for August 24 is the Lynden Reid Retirement Auction near Nash. This auction offers a much different buying opportunity, with John Deere tractors, a combine, pickups, a baler, trailers, zero-turn mowers, tools, household items and more included in the sale.

The auction lineup then turns to agricultural land on Thursday, September 10.

Lippard will offer 160± acres of Garfield County cropland near Garber in the Ethel A. Entield No Reserve Auction. Online and live bidding will be available, and the property will sell with no reserve.

Then on Tuesday, September 15, buyers looking for something near the water will want to take a look at the Elk Ridge Event Center, LLC No Reserve Auction at Lake Lawtonka.

The offering includes 2.42± acres, an event center and getaway lake property located at 23260 State Highway 58 in Lawton. The property will also sell at no reserve with both online and live bidding available.
