Large Moving Auction Set for September 24 in Chelsea

Chupps Auction & Real Estate will conduct a large moving auction for Marty and Nancy Strawn Berends on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 24407 E 350 Rd. in Chelsea, Oklahoma.

The Berends are moving closer to family, creating an opportunity for buyers to bid on a wide range of real estate improvements, equipment, vehicles, tools, household items and other property.

The auction begins at 9:04 a.m. Two auction rings will operate throughout the day, allowing Chupps Auction to move through the large selection efficiently. Live onsite and online bidding for Lots 2-59 is scheduled to begin at 10:32 a.m.

The auction lineup includes a trailer house, storage container and building, vintage barn, tractors, vehicles, trailers, farm and hay equipment, welders, shop tools, guns and a safe.

Buyers will also find pipe, panels, copper, scrap metal, kitchenware, household furniture and many additional items.

From Adair, take Highway 28 north for seven miles to North 427 Road. Turn right and travel north five miles to East 350 Road. Turn left and continue one-half mile to the auction.

From Chelsea, travel on Highway 66 and turn right onto Highway 28. Continue 1.1 miles to East 350 Road, turn left and travel 2.2 miles to the auction.

Cash, credit cards and checks with proper identification will be accepted. Oklahoma sales tax applies unless an exemption is provided. All purchases must be removed no later than two weeks after the auction.
